Further, I acknowledge that at all times during my event (and thereafter for guests staying beyond the requested end time), I shall be responsible for ensuring that my guests act in an orderly manner, do not cause unreasonable disturbance to other Preserve homeowners, do not block roadways, do not cause damage to other people’s property or to any common areas or landscaping. I acknowledge that I shall be liable for, and shall indemnify the Preserve HOA for, any damages caused by my guests. Finally, I acknowledge that the Preserve HOA may, in its discretion, revoke its acceptance of this request and close the gates at any time during the event due to disorderly conduct, safety concerns or other such reasons. While this basic service is at not cost to me, I acknowledge that additional requests made the day of the event or during the event, may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee charged to me.
